I purchased the family plan by offering three free months for 9.99 euros, but it appears to me that I renewed the following month. In my profile, it does not appear to have those three months of free premium. When I run out the first month I will renew only until the third month without charging. I will invite you to a personal Spotify Family subscription which you won't ever have to worry about getting kicked out from the plan. For Netflix, you'll need to have an account that you have no subscriptions on so I can start the process and upgrade your own account.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY AND IN FULL. THEY CONTAIN CERTAIN CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE 3 MONTH FREE TRIAL OFFER AND INFORMATION ON WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR FREE TRIAL PERIOD ENDS.

1. Introduction.

The Spotify Premium Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer (the “Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer”) is made available by Spotify, subject to these terms and conditions (the “Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer Terms”).

2. The offer.

The Premium Family 3 Month Trial Offer entitles the primary account holder (“you”) and five (5) family members residing at the same address to access Spotify Premium - a form of Paid Subscription, as defined in the Spotify Terms of Use, (the “Spotify Premium Service”):

A. for an initial three (3) month trial period (the “Free Trial Period”); and

B. without charge,

from the moment that you activate the Free Trial Period by submitting your payment details.

By submitting your payment details: (i) you accept and agree to these Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer Terms; and (ii) acknowledge and agree to the Spotify Premium Family Terms and Conditions (the “Family Terms and Conditions”) and Spotify Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Spotify Terms of Use”). Any information that we may collect and process under this Family 3 Month Trial Offer will be done in accordance with the Spotify Privacy Policy.

3. Duration and cancellation.

After the Free Trial Period, you will automatically be charged the then-current monthly price of the Premium Family Subscription and the payment method you provided will automatically be charged that amount, unless you cancel your Premium Family Subscription prior to the end of the Free Trial Period.

To cancel, you must log into your Spotify account and follow the prompts on the Account page or click here and follow the instructions.

If the primary account holder cancels the Premium Family Subscription during the Free Trial Period, or at any other time, the subsidiary account(s) will automatically be downgraded to the Spotify Free Service and any Spotify Kids account(s) will be deleted.

Spotify reserves the right to modify or to earlier terminate this Family 3 Month Trial Offer at any time and for any reason. After such time, Spotify shall not be obligated to redeem any further attempts to take up this offer.

4. Eligibility.

In order to receive this Family 3 Month Free Trial Offer, you must satisfy the conditions listed at (A)-(D) below. You must:

A. register as the primary account holder of the Premium Family Subscription;

B. be new to the Spotify Premium Service. If you have subscribed to either the Spotify Premium Service or Unlimited service or have taken a trial or introductory offer previously, you are ineligible for this offer;

C. provide Spotify with a valid and current payment method. Neither prepaid cards nor Spotify gift cards can be used as a valid payment method for this offer; and

D. pay for your Premium Family Subscription directly to Spotify and not through a third party (e.g., not through a cable or telecommunications provider).

Starting today, first-time users can get three months of Spotify Premium for free across all of the service’s plans including Duo, Family, and Student.

Additionally, any members who canceled their Premium subscriptions on or before April 14th, 2020 can sign back up and get three months of service for $9.99. That’s about $20 off over the next three months, and you’ll get access to all of the features you lost when you decided to cancel, such as unlimited skips and offline listening. All in all, Spotify’s latest earnings report was a positive one, with growth across the board and 130 million Premium subscribers around the world. Even amidst the uncertainty of the novel coronavirus pandemic, Spotify met or exceeded all of its most important metrics, and expects to see continued growth in the second quarter.
