System Preferences. Click on your admin account, click on the padlock to make changes, click on login items, click on Spotify, click on the '-' (minus) button below to remove this from the list of apps that start up when you log into your Mac. Click TRY PREMIUM FREE or GET PREMIUM. If you haven’t yet used your 30-day free trial version of Spotify, the green button near the top of the page will say TRY PREMIUM FREE. If you’ve already used your trial and have reverted to a free account, click GET PREMIUM. You’ll have to enter credit card details for your free trial.
Secure your account
First, reset your password
Open your reset link in a private/incognito window, and choose a strong password you haven't used before.
Change the password for any service associated with your account, such as your email address, Facebook, or Apple.
Tip:Check the security of your Facebook.
Then, sign out everywhere
Log in to your account page, scroll down, and select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.

How to Delete Spotify Account: 5 Steps
Step 1: Jump into this page and then sign in with your Spotify user name and password.
Step 2: Sweet. Now select the Account category.
Step 3: Next, choose the option I want to close my Spotify account permanently.
Step 4: Now you have two options: Close Account (on your left) and Cancel Subscription (on your right). Since you want to delete your Spotify account then go with Close Account (to your left).
Step 5: Finally, you will be asked to give a reason on why you decided to leave Spotify, which helps Spotify understand. Once you’re done just tap on Send Question.
